Should Musk be leading DOGE given that he holds Canadian, and possibly, South African citizenship?

Last I checked he holds Canadian citizenship. Also, he might be a citizen of South Africa. Is this appropriate given that he leads DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) in the White House. Surely he has access to sensitive information.
