what’s wrong with my snails?

i added these guys 3 days ago i’ve seen the one in the left move and the one on the right for move his tentacles but barely his body. I’m scared now because i’ve never seen a snail just hangout on his shell for the whole night without moving (talking about the one on the left). They are both white wizard snails.
