How to stop a panic attack ASAP

I can actively feel it coming on. Like right now.

I've had anxiety for a while, but it was typically just generalized and hardly ever resulted in full blown panic attacks so I'm somewhat new to this.

It's been getting progressively worse over the last year especially as life got.. progressively worse.

Anyways, I've got a lot on my plate, and I made a really bad mistake recently that i'm trying to rectify, but that on top of everything else that's been going on my anxiety has been through the roof.

How do i stop an oncoming panic attack or stop one that's happening? My hands are freezing and tingly, my legs are shaking, my breathing is increasing etc. like I feel it getting worse, and I don't know what to do.

Edit: Sorry for my delayed response, I had a hectic weekend and didn't have time to logon to reddit. Thank you all so much for the suggestions! There's a lot of things I've never heard of and I'm absolutely willing to give anything a try.
