Hello I bought one 1.0 mg alpra tablet yesterday And took it today out of curiosity.

It took my some time to realize i felt so amazing because my anxiety relieved alot and i finally felt normal and could work/function better in social situations. I researched a bit and i wanted to know if gaba supplements or things like passionflower help the same.

I dont wanna get benzos descriped or something because i dont want to get addicted.
