Best way to remove these marks?

I received these as a Christmas present for my dad and I absolutely love them. They were second hand and Homura has a mark on her face, I’m not sure if this’ll be removable or not. There are quite a few marks elsewhere too but I think for the other ones they will be easy to clean off. What is the best/ safest way to clean these? Any tips are appreciated!
