Are Flic reusable cassettes any good?

Metal cassettes seem all but impossible to get new, and a lot of the plastic ones leak through the light trap. I saw the Flic re-usable snap-apart cartridges, and understand they need a special tool for opening. Anyone using these? Are they any good? Leaks? Better/worse than metal?
