It's over!

A year, a complex fistula, two emergency surgeries, sepsis and 3 fistulotomy attempts and it's finally over. It seemed like I'd never get to this point but it happened! Had my last fistulotomy at the end of October and officially got the all clear this past week. No more pain, gauze or 45 minute bathroom trips trying to get clean. I appreciate everyone in this sub for sharing your experiences, it all helped me get through this. Wishing everyone the best of luck with their recovery and journey!
