Um weird question, why do alot of guys show their butt at work??

There’s guys at work that wear their pants really low and show their butt? Not only young but grown men and it makes me a little uncomfortable… I don’t like to stand behind them (and they walk really slow ugh) is this a common thing? I was joking to myself if I did I would probably get written up lol. But so many guys do this and it’s really weird, or is it just me? 🫣
