How do I escape this awful lease

Please, any resources, tips, experiences?

This fucking apartment has drained my mental health immensely ever since winter hit. The mouse problem, the roach problem. Having to call over and over for weeks to get them to do the bare minimum (send in pest control to place poison) Dead mice popping up. Now a dead mouse in the fucking wall of our bedroom. And in the same evening of discovering that lovely source of stink, it seems our toilet is leaking. I have more stories too. Of an oven that constantly leaked gas. On and on.

I don't know if this counts as legally unlivable but it feels like it. Our lease lasts until June and I'm less and less sure I can keep dealing with this until then. Our building is owned by a company who doesn't give a single shit. Avoid Hudson Capital Properties at all costs.
