Job Title: Shift Leader/Social Media Manager Compensation: $17/hr (min $22/hr after tips) Job Description: Team Leader responsible for assisting CEO and COO with all operational aspects of business. Also responsible for content creation, social media, and marketing. Works an average of 40 hours per week split roughly between 90% restaurant operations and 10% marketing. The marketing responsibilities may grow over time. Provides support with staff training and supervision. Reports to: Both CEO and COO on culinary and non-culinary matters

What are the Critical Tasks & Responsibilities?  Participates in all kitchen operations – inventory, prep, service and cleaning  Works both on food truck and in restaurant as needed  Implements and enforces protocols on food safety, quality control, and cleaning  Monitors and records inventory as needed, reports info to Exec chef.  Provides support to junior team members with various kitchen activities, both during and after training process.  Provides customer service during open hours, takes orders, serves and interacts positively with customers  Spends approximately 4 hours per week creating social media content for marketing food truck and restaurant, submits material weekly to CEO/COO for posting
