Hunger and thirst draining rapidly after Aberration update

Anyone else? I have no idea what’s going here. Never even went to ab. Still on my island map. I’m needing to eat every 5 min irl with a level 200 food stat. Was not like this before. I’m on single player with no mods by the way.
