Eliquis (and other blood-thinner) users, what do you use for over-the-counter anti inflammatories?

Before being on Eliquis, ibuprofen was my go to anti inflammatory drug that I frequently used after particularly rigorous games. I see that the interaction between the two drugs is labelled as "major." Is there anything you are using as a safer alternative? Evidently, acetaminophen, although a pain reliever, doesn't do much for inflammation.
