Panic attack on Methylphenidate

Hello

I tried Elvanse 30mg before and had awful chest pain resulting in an A&E visit (took it for about a week). Now I have been prescribed Methylphenidate 10mg and I took it yesterday for the first time and felt quite buzzed and it was hard to sleep. Today I took it again and went to the cinema and proceeded to have the worst panic attack of my life during the film like it was really hard to breathe and my chest hurt and I was shaking.

I feel stimulants may not be for me lmao.

Has anyone had a similar experience? And did you go on non-stimulant medication. Just looking for advice or if anyone can relate. Thanks.
