ACT Re-used exam?

I have no idea if the international exams are any different from the US exams, but today our exam (in Egypt) was the exam as the 2021 Friday April trial. Is it common for the ACT exams to reoccur?? Cause I heard that its a new exam every trial. Apparently not.
