Trents eating & lack of etiquette

Have I missed it all these years? Has Trent always had lack of table manners? What did I only start noticing when he was taking to Heidi at a restaurant about their parents how gross he is when he eats? Then the Valentine's Day episode the fondue eating, seriously Trent, yes you're at home but have some manners when eating! 🤮
