Week 4 - Cruciferous. Broccoli & squid cavatappi
I initially had grander plans for this week, but sometimes life gets ahead of you. Simple broccoli pasta with squid. I had the squid kicking around in the freezer from summer. the sauce is onion, garlic, a couple of anchovies, Serrano chilies, butter, wine, pasta water, a wee bit of Parm. Some mint/ basil/ lemon juice to finish. It was spicy and comforting on a cold winter night.
