eBay SCAM

Just recieved my first eBay 4k orders (Memories of murder, Train to Busan, The wailing) in the product description it says region free but it's not actually. The discs are Region A and B and my console is Region C. (Since I'm using PS5 as the player I can change the region but only for four times)

Anyway the discs are playing but the picture quality is shit. Idk it's because the wrong region or the product itself is fake. Green lines above and silver shades all over. And the backside of disc looks little more darker than regular 4k disc. I got scammed?
