Is Chunkbase useless for 2b2t?

So I'm trying to establish a base 500k+ from spawn.

Found a decent place, got my diamonds, some farms and stuff and wanted to locate a nearby village to get some Mending books.

Went to chunkbase with -4172144997902289642 seed. Got coordinates of a nearby village, went there and it's not there. Even the biome is different. I know these are not 1.12 chunks because in 1.12 there's supposed to be an ocean at those ccords.
