very dizzy player asking for help please

sorry i have been struggling with PPPD which basically means i am dizzy all of the time so when the game shakes like in barrows or gotr etc etc i have a really hard time playing it. i just hoped any could help with the settings if it is possible to permantly get rid of it on all my accounts? and who is the best mod to approach and on what platform to try and get things changed so i can play the game i love so much again.
